P & I insurer
Analysis of business processes relating to the re-insurance side of their business within the context of increasing automation of these processes. Recommendations informed the automation work strategy group, and aided discussions and planning within the company on how business processes and rules could be improved.
Subsequent work related to the automation of processes has included the automation of massively labour-intensive end-of-quarter reports and the addition of a new set of SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services cubes with a ProClarity user interface, as well as the development of new KPI views within SharePoint.
