Andy Galli
Chief Executive Officer
 
Andy has more than 16 years'experience in the insurance industry, including a year setting up and running the internal audit function at a Lloyd's managing agent. Apart from audit, Andy specialises in regulatory and corporate governance issues, particularly IT systems, with an emphasis on data interrogation and management information systems.

 

         
Paul Latarche
Director
 
Paul has been involved with IT consultancy for over 15 years. He has in-depth insurance industry knowledge, working in management information and business intelligence, project management, systems implementation and sales and marketing. Paul is responsible for business development and general consultancy both in the UK and internationally and is also responsible for widening Moore Stephens'international alliances.

Katharine is Moore Stephens' lead business analyst resource for insurance assignments, as well as being responsible for managing a number of non-insurance assignments. She acts as an interface between business users and IT departments to ensure successful technology implementations. Typical assignments cover business process reviews, financial reporting, management information, and IT reviews.
 

 

         
David Edison
Partner

 
David is responsible for Moore Stephens'actuarial and statistical department. He started his insurance career in 1994 at a marine syndicate at Lloyd’s, before moving to two firms of consulting actuaries.
 
He joined Moore Stephens Non-Life Actuarial Services in 1998, and has over eleven years’ experience at Moore Stephens developing the firm’s actuarial and statistical offerings, and helping many general insurance clients with a range of consulting services. He has extensive experience in claims reserving, capital modelling, and stochastic modelling (Monte Carlo simulation).

David is one of Moore Stephens'senior business analyst resources, primarily for insurance assignments. He acts as an interface between business users and IT departments to ensure successful technology implementations. Typical assignments cover business process reviews, financial reporting, management information, data warehouse projects and IT reviews.
 
David joined Moore Stephens in 2007, having previously worked at Experian.

 

         
John Stanford
Director
 
John is the Delivery Director of MSC with over 20 years'experience working in the IT industry. John is responsible for managing the processes and resources that deliver software solutions for clients.
 
Experienced in both rapid application development and traditional project methods John is a certified DSDM Practitioner and remains a hands-on project manager and project consultant with a track record of delivery across a number of business sectors - both private and public.

 

         
Simon Lamb
Director
 
Simon has been in the IT industry for over 30 years, with expertise gained from roles including software engineering, product development, business consulting and, for the past 18 years, high value services sales. Simon's expertise is in acting as a trusted advisor at a business level with clients, and many of his client business relationships span the last 15 years or more.
 

 

         
David Fryer
Director
 
David has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in software and business operations as well as sales and business development. He brings his wealth of IT and commercial experience to the team and is responsible for business operations within the group and the development of the partner channel.

 

            
Shaun Dodson
Director
 
Shaun is Chief Solutions Architect, responsible for overseeing the technical design of solutions, and for the ongoing development of technical strategies. This work involves the assessment of appropriate technologies, their adoption within the organisation and the provision of a technical point of contact for other developers, both internal and external. Shaun is often involved in providing technology briefings to our clients at all levels.
