Property management companies
Development of a surveying management, cost and project planning tool together with analytics capability to analyse property management contract data. The solution had an Oracle back end. We worked closely with the in-house business and technical teams to achieve the desired solution.
Installation and implementation of a property management system comprising front-end for adding new content as well as viewing and updating existing data which had been migrated from their legacy system. Project was developed in C# .NET and SQL Server 2000.The reporting services tool generated reports via the application as well as via the tool.
A .NET system developed for the contracts team to manage the thousands of leases handled by them. The system helped handle changes in lease, sub-leasing, applying multiple business rules and setting reminders to help the team manage workflow.
Land securities company / Large real estate investment trust
London company: worked with internal developers to design and build a mobile asset data collection system for use on pocket PC devices. The system enables maintenance engineers to attach a barcode to an asset, scan the bar code using the integrated laser scanner and enter details which get stored on a SQLCE database. The information is then uploaded once a day back to a central Asset Management System via a SOAP based XML web service. All software was developed in c# .NET.
